Able to securely run multiple applications with its fast 32-bit processor, 14.4-kbps modem, and high-speed integrated printer, the Omni 3300 is a valuable tool that puts ease and efficiency right on your countertop with a small, sleek footprint. Advanced file compression and the 14.4-kbps modem make fast work of software downloads and batch settlement.
Advanced tamper-evident and tamper-resistant features are provided by VeriShield (VeriFone's security architecture) along with unique protections preventing the running of unauthorized files on your terminal. The high-coercivity, triple-track card reader will accept most magnetic stripe cards.
The high-speed thermal printer integrated into the VeriFone Omni 3300 has extensive graphic capabilities built-in and allows you to quickly display character based languages as well as displaying and printing logos. Zipping along at 12.5 lines per second, the thermal printer speeds through transaction times from swiping the card to printing the receipt. Uptime is greatly increased by the protective paper cover virtually eliminating paper jams.
Customer throughput is greatly hastened by the multi-tasking talents of the Omni 3300 as it can handle several tasks simultaneously such as printing receipts at the same time as processing transactions. Also, supported by Verix (VeriFone's next generation operating system) the Omni 3300's multi-application ability allows you to securely run loyalty, payment, and other applications all on one terminal.
