If you would like for us to follow up on a complaint with your processor please fill out this form. All merchant complaints should be dealt directly with your merchant account provider and this by no means is a way to bash anyone unless it is a true legitimate complaint. The name of the processor will not be posted but given to our staff for follow up on the issues. We will post the information excluding the provider and give the InfoMerchant community a chance to help resolve these issues while our staff investigates further with the processor.
