A web-enabled POS (point-of-sale) terminal, the ICE 5500 comes through with exciting features such as ERC (electronic signature and receipt capture) and the ability to use its triple track reader to read driver's licenses to ensure positive ID.  Touch screen graphics permit customized advertising for customer loyalty programs and in-store promotions directly at the point of sale (POS).

The ICE 5500's SureLoad® thermal printer eliminates paper jams, supports longer paper rolls for less time between paper changes, and prints receipts in just half the time of the previous generations of printers.
